Angel Hair SystemAn Angel Hair System is a cranial hair prosthesis designed specifically for kids suffering from hair loss due to medical conditions. The Angel Hair System can be secured on the head with medical adhesive and will stay in place until you want to take it off. Angel Hair provides superior quality hair prosthesis to every child who qualifies–at no cost to the child. Kids can choose from a selection of different hair styles, colors and sizes. Each hair system is custom ordered to ensure it is just right for every child. Kids can be as active as they want while wearing the Angel Hair System; they don't have to worry about it moving or coming off. Kids can play sports, swim, shower, and even sleep with the system on. Many children snowboard, wakeboard and even play soccer. The Angel Hair System gives children and teens the confidence to live as they did before their cancer treatment. An Angel Hair System provides kids with confidence and self-esteem, which allows kids to fell like themselves while enduring medical conditions that cause hair loss such as cancer and alopecia. The Angel Hair Foundation, a private, non-profit corporation, reaches out to children in Oregon who have lost their hair due to medical illness. It provides the funding needed to purchase natural looking, quality hair systems, often called Angel Hair. The foundation was started when Staci, daughter of Market of Choice President Rick Wright, went through chemotherapy and received a prosthetic hair system.
