Who is eligible for an Angel Hair system?

Any child or teen who is dealing with hair loss due to a medical condition and lives or is treated in the state of Oregon is eligible for an Angel Hair System.

How do I apply?

Simply fill out the application form and send it to Angel Hair Foundation.

How long will it take?

A child can have their Angel Hair system within two weeks.

We schedule two meetings with the child. At the first meeting we measure the child’s hairline, select color, and test for any allergies to medical adhesives. Then we order the system. It can be delivered in as few as three business days. Then at the second meeting we fit, cut, and style the system. We also educate the child and family on how to maintain their new “Angel Hair” system.

Does the Angel Hair Foundation take donated hair?

No. At this point in time the manufacturer does not use donated hair.

How much is the Angel Hair?

The Angel Hair stock system is approximately $1,500.

How much do the children pay for the Angel Hair?

Nothing, it’s free to all kids in Oregon.
